RTD Gifts operates this storefront. These Terms & Conditions apply to RTD Gifts and the online storefronts operated by RTD Gifts. By using these websites or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and service

We sell merchandise to individuals, businesses, and organizations. RTD Gifts reserves the right to decline or cancel orders, restrict access, or deny service as permitted by law, including for fraud prevention, payment-verification concerns, and loss prevention.

We may update these terms or the format of our websites without prior notice. The last-updated date appears below.

Order cancellations

Once an order is placed, it usually cannot be cancelled. If we are able to cancel an order before shipment, the refund is reduced by a 20% restocking fee.

Payment verification and price tampering

We may cancel an order when payment details cannot be verified. Examples include an unconfirmed billing name or address, an invalid card security code, or a shipping address that differs from the address associated with the payment. A different billing and shipping address may require additional review.

Deliberate manipulation of product prices or shipping charges is prohibited. Orders involving such manipulation will be cancelled and refunded less a 50% administrative fee. Suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Shipping and local service

We currently ship through the United States Postal Service to the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not currently available. Scheduled local delivery and pickup are also offered when available for the order.

Payment methods

We accept major credit cards through Stripe and PayPal. Available payment options are shown at checkout. See Payment Methods Accepted for more information.

Returns and refunds

You may return a purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. PC software is non-returnable. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent: unused, without damage or abuse, and with no missing parts or pieces.

Complete our Returns Form before returning merchandise. After receiving and checking the returned merchandise, we issue a full refund including the original shipping charge and applicable tax.

Reference retail prices

Suggested retail prices are provided for comparison. They are not necessarily our current or previous selling prices and do not indicate that substantial sales have occurred at those prices. A reference price may reflect the retail price of the same or similar merchandise offered by other sellers, or our suggested replacement cost at open-stock prices.

Reference prices may change without notice. We encourage you to compare products, prices, quality, and service when shopping.

Sales tax

We collect sales tax on purchases shipped into Texas. If your Texas purchase is tax exempt, please contact us before placing your order.

Purchases shipped elsewhere may be subject to sales or use tax even when tax is not collected at checkout. Please see our Sales Tax Information and your state's guidance.

Website content and ownership

Unless otherwise stated, photos, images, text, layouts, and designs belong to RTD Gifts or its vendors. They may not be copied or used without express written permission from RTD Gifts.
